The aim of the conference is to show the market participants the necessity of more civilized method of risk distribution among the process participants: investors, banks, developers, consulting companies, architects, constructors, etc.
Tasks of the Conference:
to define key groups, connected with the implementation of investment projects in real estate, to mark out the main directions and methods of the risk-management in construction sphere;
to describe main ways of insurance of investment projects in real estate sphere on different implementation phases, possibilities and effectiveness of their use in Ukraine;
to create new mechanisms of cooperation of investors, developers and insurers.
